Marina City Complex is situated in Balchik, some 36 km north from the sea capital of Bulgaria – Varna. The climate, strongly influenced by the sea closeness, offers warm and sunny summer days with fresh and breezy nights. The superb location of the complex makes it easy reachable. Marina City is just 30 minutes away from the International Airport in Varna and one of its remarkable priorities is its own airplane for business flights.

Wonderful one- and two-bedroom apartments with a sea view and studios are at our guests’ disposal. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette with all the necessary utensils. A modern trade center is constructed within the complex. To ensure the perfect comfort of its guests, the complex disposes of cozy restaurants, offering some great dishes from the traditional Bulgarian and International cuisine, as well as some delicious seafood specialties. The complex disposes also of a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a pool-bar.

Marina City is also disposing of its own yacht port, which is situated just in front of the complex. According to the project this yacht port should be the largest one on the entire Black sea coast and equipped by a world acknowledged company. It will offer perfect conditions for water sports.
