The aparthotel is offering nice and spacious accommodation at most reasonable price, just 5 minutes walk from the Gondola lift and also from the centre of Bansko.

Available for short- or long-term lettings are 30 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each one beautifully furnished and fully fitted with kitchen and cooking facilities. Each apartment has a lounge with folding sofa-bed and a coffee table, 21-inch colour TV with international channels,14-inch TV in every bedroom, cable Internet, stereo sound system with CD & MP3 player, open-plan kitchenette with all cooking and eating facilities and equipped with refrigerator, oven with cooking plates, microwave, toaster, cutlery.

Most of the apartments have mountain views, but the ones facing south have beautiful views to Pirin (the mountain of Bansko). These luxury apartments are equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, incl. all bedding/linen. Cleaning service is provided daily and is free of charge.

There are 8 allocated parking spaces in front of the building, available for use free of charge on first come first serve basis. There is also a ski/snowboard equipment storage on the ground floor. A modern Spa & Sports centre is operating at the development with a sauna, Jacuzzi, steam-room and gym. Guests are expected to pay a small fee to use these facilities. During the ski season we are running our own ski-bus for guests who do not want to walk to the first station of the Gondola lift.
