Low Season: 10 days prior to the arrival date - cancellations received after the release date will be charged the first night at the contracted rate.

Middle Season: 14 days prior to the arrival date - cancellations received after the release date will be charged with 100% of the first room night, cancellations 10 days prior arrival 60% penalty of the entire stay will apply, cancellations less than 10 days prior to arrival 100% from the entire stay calculated by the contracted rate.

High Season: 21 days prior to the arrival date - cancellations received after the release date will be charged with 100% of the first room night, 14 days prior arrival will be charged 60% from the entire stay at the contracted rate; less than 14 days before arrival - 100% penalty from the entire stay will apply.

Advertising Season: 5 days prior to the arrival date - cancellations received after the release date will be charged the first night at the contracted rate.

In case of no received cancellations and in case of no arrival the reservation will be treated as a No-Show. No-Shows will be charged for the entire stay booked (100% charge), no matter if the reservations are prepaid or not.
