The concept for Kaliakria resort was created by that Spanish company Kloster & Nortenson, having worked for many years successfully in the Spanish resort of Marbella. They have decided to create a harmonious setting at one with nature, combining Mediterranean and traditionally Bulgarian architectural elements. Kaliakria Resort is distant 55 km away from Varna, the Black sea capital of Bulgaria and only 45 minutes drive away from the International Airport in Varna.

6 km is the distance standing between this cozy complex and the town of Balchik and only 3 km is the distance to the town of Kavarna. 15 minutes drive will be enough for you to reach the Black sea resort of Albena.

Kaliakria Resort is situated in the heart of the so called Bulgarian Golf Riviera and it offers lots of breath taking views. The majority of the apartments have views to the sea and the golf course, designed by Gary Player, which is still under construction. Kaliakria offers a variety of apartments with one and two bedrooms, as well as three and four-bedroom penthouses.

Each apartment disposes of spacious terrace as well as everything necessary for your pleasant stay: air-conditioner, luxury fitted bathrooms with both tubs, marble vanity tops and under floor heating, Jacuzzi (only in the three and four-bedroom penthouses), fully fitted kitchens with built-in appliances and everything necessary for preparation of food, fireplace, alarm system, TV and DVD player.
The buildings are situated around large swimming pools, amongst beautifully designed green areas and paved stone paths.
