The Presidivm Palace Hotel is situated in the very heart of the town of Lovech. The administrative and business center is in a close proximity to the hotel. The building is designed in a modern and contemporary style with a facade made of glass and aluminium.

The hotel disposes of single rooms, double rooms and apartments. Inside the SINGLE ROOMS our guests will be able to find: TV set, Internet access, minibar, air conditioner, bath tub, telephone, radio, and a personal safety deposit box.
The DOUBLE ROOMS are nicely furnished and they offer: TV set, Internet access, minibar, air conditioner, bath tub, telephone, radio and a personal safety deposit box.

There are 4 apartments at Presidivm Palace: Venus, Juno, Minerva and Diana, as well as one presidential apartment - Presidivm.

The PRESIDIVM APARTMENT consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a Jacuzzi. A magnificent view to the whole town is revealed from the balcony of the apartment. At your disposal are also plasma TV, Internet access, minibar, air conditioner, bath tub, telephone, radio and a personal safety deposit box.
The other 4 apartments - VENUS, JUNO, MINERVA, DIANA are also disposing with a plasma TV, Internet access, minibar, air conditioner, bath tub, telephone, radio and a personal safety deposit box.

During your stay at Presidivm Palace you can visit the nearby covered bridge, which is one of a kind on the Balkans. The bridge was constructed by the great Bulgarian master-builder Kolyo Ficheto and it connects the architectural and historical reserve Varosha with the restored in a unique baroque style part of the town. Close to the Varosha quarter is located the Hissar Fortress, where the second Bulgarian Kingdom was founded.
