The Velika Villas is a luxury complex comprising of 2 and 3 bedroom family villas as well as 1 bedroom apartments available for rent in Bulgaria’s most prized sea side resort.
Located at the foothills of the country’s largest nature reserve the villas offer some stunning panoramic sea views.

The villas are located some 2 km away from the beach in Velika Village - an oasis of peace and relaxation and yet are within walking distance to the lively village of Lozenets and its many bars, restaurants, shops and amusements.
The facilities include: a large outdoor swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, playground with swimming pool for children, Caf?/Bistro, fitness, sauna, laundry service, 24 hour security.

There are public tennis courts in a close proximity to the complex. In just a short walk you can enjoy the picturesque seaside village resort of Lozenets with its lovely bays with crystal clear waters and wide sandy beaches, which have been awarded with the prestigious Blue flag status for quality and cleanliness.

You will also be able to undergo many activities including water skiing, wind surfing, jet skiing, snorkeling, pedalo boats and other water based activities, horse riding as well as a wide range of shops to suit all tastes. Traditional restaurants and modern bars including the famous ''Alcohol Bar'' located on the beach.

There is also a lake nearby where you can enjoy fishing. Within a short drive you can enjoy:

• The Ropotamo River, which offers boat trips and rowing throughout the summer.

• The Strandzha Park, Bulgaria’s largest National Nature Park. This is a protected area covering 5,395 hectares. In the Strandzha National park you can enjoy:

• Hiking, horse riding, bird watching, wildlife safaris, hunting.

The Lozenets area is famous in Bulgaria for the quality of its golden sandy beaches and the crystal purity of the sea. The beaches are safe with shallow waters advancing a long way into the sea. Average May to September temperatures are between 25-30 degrees Celsius or 77 to 88 Fahrenheit.
