Our website provides detailed information about all apartment hotels and holiday complexes that we manage on a franchise basis, or provide with professional services in the field of tourism marketing and sales.

Last year, our apart-hotel chain adopted several new complexes which are already working at full speed – the luxury four-star “Belvedere Holiday Club” in Bansko, the pleasant “Gabrovo Hills” in Gabrovo and the unique “Danubia Beach”, situated on the bank of the river Danube, near the town of Vidin.
We are now able to offer excellent opportunities for alternative tourism and urban housing in the biggest, Bulgarian mountain and beach resorts.
During this summer, we intend to open two more holiday complexes at the seaside, to be ready for tourists next season. Two apartment hotels will also be opened in the heart of our capital – Sofia.

“Midia Resort” is a gated sea resort, located in a first line position, near the village of Aheloy.

“Emberli” is a modern apartment hotel of 116 apartments, located in one of the most popular places on the southern Black Sea coast in the recent years – the village of Lozenets.

“Stamboliiski Bridge” (1) is a brand new apartment-house, located in the central part of Sofia on “Alexander Stamboliiski” Boulevard, only 400 meters from the Mall of Sofia.
We offer 20 splendidly furnished and fully equipped and serviced apartments.

“Renaissance Central” is another luxury apartment-house, located in the very center of the capital, right next to “Renaissance” square. 26 beautifully furnished apartments in a truly remarkable location, just a few minutes walk from all the main city attractions.

Our campaign for recruiting new members to our franchise chain is running at full strength and we expect many new additions this year.
