Excelsior Apart-hotel resembles wonderful location at second line after the beachfront (just behind the beachfront), and only about 5 minutes walking from the centre of the resort Sunny Beach (hotel Kuban). Neighbouring with the "Glarus" and "Victoria" hotels, our complex is simply on the right place! In immediate proximity to the sandy beach, the main pedestrian coastal promenade with all its attractions, shops and bars, and also few minutes away from the best restaurants and clubs. At the same time there are no noisy bars or streets around Excelsior, nor building sites, which guarantees pleasant holiday for those looking for calmness and silence. The location of Excelsior is simply excellent!

The complex is new, built in 2007. Its modern design is combined with useful facilities such as a big outdoor swimming pool for adults, smaller swimming pool for children, open-air snack bar and beautifully landscaped garden with trees around the pool. The reception desk is working 24/7. In Excelsior Apart-hotel there are also a mini-market shop and a restaurant called "Dreams", offering exotic cuisine from Russia, Uzbekistan and Japan. Clients can use the car parking of the complex after request in advance (please let us know if you wish to use the car parking when you make your reservation).

Guests can choose between few types of spacious apartments - studios (suitable for 2 people), one-bedroom apartments (suitable for max. 4 persons) and two-bedroom apartments (for max. 6 persons). All apartments are furnished in a modern style and equipped with cooking facilities, air-condition and cable television with popular international and local channles.
