* Prices for a double room are in EUR on BB (bed & breakfast) basis, per overnight and include: breakfast, use of the swimming pool, parking, insurance and VAT.
* Prices for a studio are in EUR, per unit and include use of a swimming pool, parking, insurance and VAT.
* Breakfast supplement for accommodated in studio - 3 EUR per adult and 1.5 EUR per child from 2 to 12 years of age.
* Half Board supplement (breakfast and dinner) - 5 EUR per adult and 3 EUR per child from 2 to 12 years of age.
* Children up to 2 years of age - free of charge.
* 1 adult + 1 child - child uses 50% discount.
* 1 adult + 2 children - 1st child - 50% discount, second child - 50% discount.
* 2 adults + 1 child - child is accommodated free of charge.
* Adult on extra bed pays 80% from the price.

* Community fee - 6 EUR per person for the entire stay.

* Early bookings: 10% discount for reservations made and fully paid until 31.05.2012.
